We’re leading
the way in diversifying
the tech talent pool.

“Who We Are”

At Apprenti, we create alternative pathways to access tech talent and help organizations address digital skills shortages. Through the time-tested model of apprenticeship, we provide economic mobility to underrepresented groups by identifying, training, and placing diverse talent in tech careers.

Apprenti is an inaugural Department of Labor Apprenticeship Ambassador. We serve on the Advisory Council of Apprenticeships For America. We are proud collaborators with OneTen. We have made a Pledge to Advance Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the U.S. Registered Apprenticeship System.

Apprenti is part of the Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA). We are proud to share the following WTIA DEI Statement: The values of diversity, equity and inclusion are foundational to our work. We lead, support and learn from our partners to create an innovative vision toward a just and equitable technology sector where all people from diverse backgrounds thrive – not just survive. Our values are anchored in respect, empathy, and cultural humility.

  • We build organizational cultures where inclusiveness is ingrained in the company’s DNA.
  • We challenge our teams, communities, and stakeholders to be courageous in disrupting systemic injustices in the workplace.
  • We learn about and practice cultural humility to understand systemic inequities that impact the lives and futures of those we serve.
  • We model cultural competency for partner organizations by creating space for respectful dialogue across differences.
  • We strengthen our commitment to radical transparency.
Mission & Vision

Apprenti bridges the tech talent and diversity gaps by adapting the time-tested model of apprenticeship to meet evolving workforce needs. Apprenti is igniting a new paradigm to develop untapped talent and strengthen the tech ecosystem nationwide.
