Apprentices can start real‑world tasks, under mentor guidance, to reinforce classroom skills as soon as they start the program. Apprentice are trained for 2000 hours of OJT and can work while skilling up in AI:

- Clean, transform, and structure raw datasets for modeling
- Identify and remediate data quality issues; document steps
- Model Training & Validation
- Assist with supervised & unsupervised model selection (e.g., regression, clustering)
- Run training cycles; evaluate performance metrics; flag under/overfitting
- Deployment & Monitoring
- Support packaging models for deployment (APIs, pipelines)
- Monitor live performance; track drift and accuracy; escalate anomalies
- Documentation & Collaboration
