A Marketing Manager’s role is to plan, execute, and measure the performance of campaigns for a business, service, or product. They estimate market demand and work to develop and implement creative and unique strategies to drive customer interest through multiple media channels.

During OJT, Marketing Managers generally work on tasks substantially similar to the following:
- Executing marketing initiatives to achieve shared goals for a defined strategy
- Applying marketing best practices and using existing tools and processes to drive actions
- Project management to increase the visibility of issues and provide improvement recommendations
