Challenge
While SkillStorm’s training model prepared learners for in-demand tech roles, many graduates struggled to break into the workforce due to non-traditional backgrounds or a lack of prior tech experience. A more effective bridge was needed between training and employment—one that would support candidates from economically challenged communities.
