Challenge
The competition for tech talent in health tech is intense, especially in a rapidly evolving sector like genomics. Traditional hiring channels were not producing the volume of candidates needed. Myriad also recognized that many talented individuals were being overlooked simply because they lacked a conventional degree or work history in tech.
