An Accelerated Career Path Just for You

Tech is the fastest-growing industry in the world, and 1 in 20 job openings are in tech. Our unique apprenticeship program puts you on a straightforward, step-by-step fast track toward your dream job. The tech industry is seeking to diversify its workforce, so Apprenti is actively recruiting women, people of color, and veterans — although anyone is eligible to apply.

Register for and take the competency assessment. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the US for the duration of the program.

Receive information about your assessment performance. Apprenti staff will reach out to applicants who meet the minimum assessment threshold based on when apprenticeship opportunities are available.

When apprenticeship opportunities with a participating hiring partner are available, you will be invited to interview with Apprenti staff based on occupational interest and hiring partner demand. Candidates who match the occupational need of the hiring partner will be given the opportunity to interview with them. Prepare for your in-person interview by researching the hiring companies and practicing responses to sample interview questions.

Attend an assigned interview with one or more hiring partners. Acceptance into the Apprenti apprenticeship is contingent on being selected and hired by the hiring company.

If you’ve been selected by a hiring partner for an apprenticeship, Apprenti will notify you with information regarding your apprenticeship onboarding and technical training.

After successfully completing your technical training, you’ll go on to complete one year of paid on-the-job training with the hiring employer.
