Join us for a winter graduation to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our apprentices and our valued employer partners over the past year. An opportunity to come together and acknowledge the culmination of hard work, dedication, and growth at our annual Apprentice Graduation Ceremony.

Meet the Moderators
Natalie Miller
Regional Director
Natalie Miller is an accomplished Talent Development leader with over 20 years of experience aligning business strategy with innovative workforce solutions. She currently serves as Regional Director, where she leads the expansion of employer partnerships across the country, helping companies build robust, resilient talent pipelines through the power of registered apprenticeship.
With a career spanning global corporations and privately held firms, Natalie has deep expertise in human resources, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and career planning. Her strategic, people-first approach has empowered organizations to attract, develop, and retain top talent at all levels. Natalie holds both the SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is passionate about driving empowering, scalable workforce solutions that support long-term business success.
Tiffany Miller
Program Manager
Tiffany Miller is a dedicated and dynamic Regional Program Manager at Apprenti, where she helps individuals launch and grow meaningful careers through registered apprenticeship. With over twenty years in the field and a strong foundation in human resources – including expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, behavioral and aptitude assessments and workforce development – Tiffany brings a deep understanding of what it takes to connect people, training, and opportunity. Known for her analytical mindset, reliability, and collaborative spirit, she builds trusted relationships with partners and participants alike, offering thoughtful guidance and perspective to support career success and program excellence. Tiffany specializes in teaching people to take their volunteer and service experiences and turn them into a thriving career.
